Dear Friends,

It has been three wonderful years at the current location and we are so grateful for all of the smiles, sense of community and great vibrations that have been cultivated here. With the lease coming up for renewal, the terms were not desirable going forward.Therefore, the studio will be closing on July 31st. Our community will live on through our teachers who will be teaching at other venues. Please feel free to email me for updates on classes and schedules in the community.

Suggested donation: $20

Donations can be made to the Madurai Charitable Trust USA. This is a service organization based in Madurai, India and is dedicated to assisting the poor and in need. Their mission is to enact human values by alleviating the suffering of the severely disadvantaged through free healthcare services and educational programs.



Yoga is for absolutely everyBODY! You are never to old, too young, to out of shape , too tight, too flexible, etc!

We recognize where you are and start from there. We provide you with the basics of how to align your body and utilize the greatest tool you have, your breath, so that you can become strong and flexible, reduce tension and stress, heal old and new injuries, and transform your life!

Our classes are leveled so that you can step into your practice with confidence and be exactly where you need to be. Our teachers are highly trained, supportive and encouraging.

Yoga is one of the best healing modalities available to us today. Years of habits, injuries and stress can cultivate in pain in our bodies. If we bring these obstacles to our yoga mat without awareness and unfamiliar with our natural anatomy, injury and pain can occur in the body. A private yoga session will help you to re-pattern your body to help you to cultivate more strength and flexibility. Therapeutic Yoga adds therapeutic “yoga to the rescue” tools to help break through stuck patterns and aid the body in moving to its natural “blueprint alignment” and enhance the internal flow of energy and breath.
